What’s global development going to look like a decade from now?
That was the question Devex asked Executive Members in a survey about the future of the industry. Following the publication of the survey results, Devex Impact reporter Adva Salinger posed the same question to CEOs of global corporations, executives at nongovernmental organizations and others on the sidelines of the Clinton Global Initiatives annual meeting in New York.
From less working in silos to increasing focus on noncommunicable diseases in global health, to more risk-taking to country leadership of development programs, as well as a new area of partnerships, top officials from such diverse organizations as GAIN, PATH, Feed the Children, Save the Children and the Vitality Institute for Health Promotion shared their views on how #GlobalDev will likely evolve over the next 10 years.
