The Healthiest Workplaces in America list was announced at the recent Corporate Health & Wellness Associations (CHWA) Annual Corporate Wellness Conference and the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress event.

Employers named to the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America have been designated as either a “Healthy Workplace” or “Healthiest Workplace.” The award is given to companies that represent the six values that are essential to a Healthiest 100 Workplace: Vision, Culture/Engagement, Learning, Expertise, Metrics and Technology.
“Vitality was the tool that really launched us to get our employees online and aware of things like their cholesterol levels, blood pressure, etc.” said Rosanna Ouellette-Pesicka, VP Employee Systems and Services at Antea Group. “Our employees wanted to know their numbers and find real ways to improve them.”
