Vitality is honored to be named to Chicago’s 100 Best Places to Work of 2023 by Crain’s Chicago Business. Crain’s, in partnership with Best Companies Group, surveyed employers and employees across Chicago to learn about organizational policies and employees’ workplace experience and culture. Being named to the 100 Best Places to Work of 2023 list based on our employees’ responses to the survey makes receiving this award particularly meaningful to us.
Over the past several years, we have made a concerted effort to seek feedback from our employees to understand their changing needs and implement changes to support them personally and professionally. Similarly, we apply the same approach to our product, which is constantly evolving based on feedback from our clients and members. We strongly believe that creating an inclusive culture of health is fundamental to promoting healthy behavior change both within and outside our organization.
While we’re proud of our efforts to cultivate a positive working environment, it’s always wonderful to hear directly from those who have experienced it… our employees! Here’s a taste of what they had to say about working at Vitality.
